چکیده
Josephson radiation is a useful signature for detecting Majorana zero modes in topological superconductors. We study the of underdamped junction within quantum resistively and capacitively shunted model. show that dynamics two-level system induce oscillatory patterns emission spectra. With Floquet method, we obtain analytical results these find they are well described by Bessel functions. perform numerical simulations to verify demonstrate exist wide range parameters.

4p-periodic Josephson supercurrent in HgTe-based topological Josephson junctions
The Josephson effect describes the generic appearance of a supercurrent in a weak link between two superconductors. Its exact physical nature deeply influences the properties of the supercurrent. In recent years, considerable efforts have focused on the coupling of superconductors to the surface states of a three-dimensional topological insulator. In such a material, an unconventional induced p...

متن کاملNonequilibrium effects in the thermal switching of underdamped Josephson junctions
We study the thermal escape problem in the low damping limit. We find that finiteness of the barrier is crucial for explaining the thermal activation results. In this regime, low barrier nonequilibrium corrections to the usual theories become necessary. We propose a simple theoretical extension accounting for these nonequilibrium processes which agrees numerical results. We apply our theory to ...
